Created as part of Tabet Group, Ilpa Development is a Bulgarian legal entity, founded by Mr. Claude Tabet, with main scope of activity of development, investment and management; build, rent and sell of office, retail and residential premises.
The lead project of the company is the class A office building “Ellipse Center”.
